Moving on when Dr. Aniketh asks him for the reason behind choosing this surgical procedure, the patient states that he wasn’t comfortable on occasions where he wanted to be open his shirt.
He also states that he was working out for the past eight years and that he did have a good physique. But his confidence due to his physique was being marred by the gynecomastia. This condition also affected him in terms of stopping working out altogether, because all the other parts looked good and muscular except his chest.
